Ready? Well! Almost! I had to overcome the issue of loading my Itinerary into the blog and I learnt something new in the process. Now its off to do the final bit of packing and then I will be setting off for Heathrow at about midday.

It’s been an emotional roller coaster this week, saying goodbye to people, family, friends and neighbours. Yesterday I had my last training session with my wonderful PT Thomas, who has changed my life over the last two years.

But I am in a good place to carry on training whilst away. Also said farewell to my hairdresser whom I have been going to for 17 years. How did that happen? How will finding a hairdresser on my travels work out, scary.

Anyway must dash and finish the packing, re-weigh the bag and drop keys off at the estate agents. Finally pick up my drugs from the chemist and get to the airport.
