Meet Jackie Booth, a Woman’s Executive and Leadership Coach dedicated to empowering corporate women to thrive as successful and confident leaders. With over 30 years of experience leading, managing, and training teams in various roles and workplaces, Jackie brings a wealth of knowledge and authenticity to her coaching practice.
Originally from Nottinghamshire, Jackie worked for many years as a palliative nurse before she transitioned into clinical and then corporate management and leadership over 20 years ago. Her commitment to making a positive impact, led her to design and implement services that improved outcomes for patients and families, all while effectively supporting staff in developing their leadership skills.
Navigating through challenges such as redundancy, and the end of a 25-year marriage, Jackie turned adversity into an opportunity for personal growth. Over the last decade, she completed extensive coach training and certification, emerging as an Executive & Leadership Coach and Trainer. Today, Jackie collaborates with individuals and organisations, including the NHS, supporting them to step into their next level of leadership.
Jackie’s coaching philosophy focuses on helping women discover their own leadership strengths and styles, encouraging them to bring their whole selves into their leadership roles. She specialises in guiding women through leadership challenges such as setting boundaries, dealing with conflict, coping with negativity, managing performance and providing constructive feedback. Through tailored 1:1 leadership programmes, she empowers women to step up as successful and effective leaders by understanding their strengths, skills, and values.
In addition to her coaching practice, Jackie has been an enthusiastic writer since she was a child and is currently working on her first novel. She’s also excited to be in the process of having her first business book published.
An avid traveller, Jackie is currently exploring the UK. British history is one of her passions, so she’s making the most of visiting the many historical places of interest there are. Her experiences as a traveller enrich her professional life and provide diverse perspectives and insights that contribute to her authentic coaching style.
Welcome aboard Jackie, another great mentor as part of our team.
