Hello, I’m Wilma, founder of Being At The Cottage.
There’s no denying the world is in chaos. At some level we all need to become leaders now, of ourselves if not for others. We need to know how to lead ourselves into a better place. To behave differently, to take responsibility for who we are and who we can be. To learn to master ourselves.
Governments will not do this for us, and how we do it will be different for each of us.
Being At The Cottage supports leaders in the pursuit of something extraordinary, who are ready to turn the spotlight on themselves. This isn’t just to pursue something extraordinary; it is to oversee it, curate it, and guide it into making the positive impact that they have imagined.
I have a very special cottage in the middle of a forest in the Black Mountains in Monmouthshire, where I invite clients to spend time alone. Here we use the space and silence at the cottage to allow the extraordinary to emerge.
The client’s time spent alone and in silence is balanced by the rich, explorative conversations we have which kindles their growth and development. This is crucial for the success of the work they do.
