Mentors For Women want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we invite you to review our policy on Returns, Refunds and Cancellations. The following terms are applicable for any products or services that you purchased from Mentors For Women.
If you are unhappy with your physical product or your order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged, please call one of our representatives within 24 hours of receipt of the product so that we can discuss the problem.
Any physical products that we agree can be returned must be done so within 7 workings days of receipt and must be adequately packaged so that they are returned safely. We will refund you within 30 days of receipt of the returned item(s). Mentors For Women are happy to refund the delivery charge of the item that you return but we are not required to refund the return fee. Mentors For Women cannot accept returns, exchange or give refunds for any physical products that have been ordered incorrectly on our website.
